Your personal data collected on our site is transmitted to our SOGENACTIF secure payment providers. It is also used to enable deliveries and collect verified customer feedback.

Payments made on the Special Wine website are fully secure. For the management of payments by Credit Card, Special Wine uses the Secured Payment solution of Societe Generale Group (Atos): SOGENACTIF. The site does not receive the credit card details of its customers. This data is encrypted via the SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol and passes directly through the SOGENACTIF secure server. All the banking information you give us when you buy online is not stored or visible on the internet. The site certifies the confidentiality of your data.

  • The shelf life of your data

Your personal data is kept:

     - 10 years for all orders placed,

     - 3 years from the last login date on the site for identification data (name, email address ...)

 Our company reserves the right to keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfil its legal obligations.
